ULTRA RUNNING CHALLENGES
Over the past eight years, I’ve been steadily challenging myself by completing various ultrarunning challenges across the United Kingdom. Recognising the wealth of amazing ultras available, I decided to create this page to share my experiences and knowledge with others. My goal is to develop a comprehensive resource, similar to the GOFAR website, which has been invaluable to me. This page will serve not only as a platform to document my journey but also as a database for others to access information about these incredible ultrarunning routes
Follow James Gibson's quest to become the first person to run all 214 Wainwright Fells in the Lake District (UK) during winter. Braving harsh winter conditions, James begins his journey in the early hours of a frigid December morning in 2021. However, he's not alone in this pursuit—another fell runner set out just one hour earlier with the same goal. In the end, only one of them will make history as the first to complete this epic challenge.
