GUIDED RUNNING

The Lake District is a truly spectacular National Park, the huge variety of scenery in each corner allows much exploration through running, whether it’s on the high fells (mountains) or travelling through the valley and over passes on trails, it has it all. The Lakes is home to some of the most challenging, scenic, technical terrain in all of England and I’m very happy to call this place home. Whatever experience of running you choose, I will ensure you have an enjoyable and enriched journey through it’s terrain. Throughout the day, I will share my personal experiences, local knowledge and hopefully inspire you to stretch your comfort zone even further.

(I also do guided running experiences outside of The Lake District (Scotland and Wales), so please don’t hesitate to get in touch)
